Go with the Green | Two MBT Products Won the 2023 German Red Dot Brand and Communication Design Award

Recently, the 2023 German Red Dot Brand and Communication Design Award announced the list of winners. Among them, the 120L European Heat Pump Wire Controller of MBT and the iBUILDING Digital Intelligence Low Carbon Operation System in the West Area of Midea Industrial Park won the award.

To achieve carbon neutrality, low-carbon upgrading is imperative. Supported by iBUILDING's underlying digital capabilities, MBT offers a green low-carbon solution with both hardware and software to build a sustainable low-carbon urban ecosystem with its partners. As one of the three categories of red dot, it represents the vane and new trend of industrial design and creative communication.

120L European Heat Pump Wired Controller

Scenario-based multi-zone sub-control

The 120L European heat pump wired controller is for controlling the air source heat pump unit, which can realize multi-zone control. With HOME as the design concept, through the interface design of visual scenes, to adapt to different regional control, to provide users with a more convenient and direct interactive experience.

Simple design, convenient function

Scenario-based design is used in the scheme, and the color is more in line with the warm background of heat pump attributes. Users can intuitively understand the temperature, switch status and indoor and outdoor temperature of different equipment, and directly control the switch and temperature of different equipment. The overall design meets both visual beauty and function.

IBUILDING West Area of Midea Industrial Park, Digital Intelligence Low Carbon Operation System

According to relevant data, 31% of the country's carbon emissions come from industrial parks. Traditional park management measures to save energy and reduce consumption rely on experience and intuition. It is difficult to control refined energy consumption, and the production and operation costs of the park are high.

Based on the low-carbon visual operation platform constructed by iBUILDING, iBUILDING Midea Industrial Park West Area Digital Intelligence Low-carbon Operation System provides comprehensive data monitoring and intelligent control capabilities for the park, and through photovoltaic power generation, equipment upgrading and other initiatives, ultimately achieves zero carbon park, which has won green honors such as LEED and WELL double gold certification.

Simple operation, intelligent consumption reduction

The system realizes the unified monitoring and management of the energy consumption of the equipment in the park. Users can easily monitor each equipment through operation, and realize the functions of remote temperature adjustment, lighting system control and timing opening and closing of each equipment. At the same time, through the intelligent optimization algorithm, the system automatically adjusts the energy consumption of the equipment and improves the operation efficiency.

Six functions, visual presentation

The main visual interface displays the dynamic model of the whole area, and divides the monitoring and management functions into six functional sections: zero-carbon overview, photovoltaic system, energy storage system, cold storage system, intelligent charging pile, MDV8 VRF system and high-efficiency elevator. The detailed data is displayed in the form of UI cards with translucent graphics and tables, with clear layers, intuitive and efficient information presentation, and data-oriented. The management of park operation and maintenance personnel is more efficient.

MBT implements the double carbon strategy of GREEN FOR ONE, promotes the development of intelligent buildings with scientific and technological innovation, drives users to solve practical problems with innovative design, helps low-carbon transformation of all walks of life, and creates a" carbon neutral "green future.
