The purpose of the contest is to promote the development of the HVAC industry by new technologies and products of commercial air conditioning. It has been 20 years since Midea MBT organizing this professional design contest in 2002 in China. In 2021, Midea MBT started to expand the design contest to the international HVAC field, and finally hosted the contest successfully in Malaysia, Vietnam and Russia. In 2022, Dubai, Georgia, Malaysia, Vietnam, The Philippines has successfully hold the contest. The global final assessment will be hold on 22nd September, 2022.
